Spring Has Sprung at the Farm

Planting Has Started
*Onions, spinach and red beets are being sown in the greenhouse this week.
   *Mark has gotten spring fever and has started to plow where the first plantings of sweet corn will be. 
*  If the temperatures stay above normal, the protective winter cover will come off the Strawberry Fields next week and Mark may plant a few rows of Sugar Peas.
